Poltrona Frau Ginger

The Ginger armchair structure is made of moulded thermoplastic composite polymer, while the seat padding is polyurethane foam. The cover is available in various options: a combination of Cuoio Saddle Extra leather for the outer part and Pelle Frau® leather for the inner part; fully covered in Pelle Frau® leather; or fully covered in fabric by Kvadrat by Poltrona Frau. The frame of the Ginger armchair is made of solid ash with a black lacquered steel frame. The armchair is available in fixed and swivel versions and features an automatic return function that allows it to rotate 360° and return to its starting position. The foot finishes are available in ash in mocha or wenge, and custom lacquering to RAL or sample is possible on request. The Ginger armchair, designed in 2011 by Roberto Lazzeroni together with the Fred desk, was popular from the outset and is still the best-selling chair in the Poltrona Frau collection today. Its clean, simple lines are marked by refined elegance. The leather shell radiates invitation and protection, while the seat is extremely comfortable. The forms are both curved and graphic, creating a harmonious connection between the shell and the base. Whether as a natural complement to the Fred desk or as a stand-alone armchair, the swivel version is perfect for the workspace, while the fixed version is ideal for the living area.
