Orders & VAT
All prices in the web shop are initially incl. 19% German VATÂ displayed.
As soon as you add items to the basket and as Delivery country “Switzerland” select, the 19% German VAT automatically deducted.
The recalculated final amount you can see before clicking on “order with obligation to pay”.
Delivery date
As a rule, the delivering freight carrier arranges by phone in advance a exact delivery date with you.
For this we absolutely require a Telephone number – ideally an additional Mobile number, so that scheduling your appointment goes smoothly.
Complaints / transport damage
Should the goods, contrary to expectations, visibly damaged arrive at your address, we kindly ask you to take the following steps:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt – right next to your signature (e.g. "packaging damaged / goods damaged").
- Have a receipt/confirmation countersigned by the carrier hand over.
- If possible:Â Photos directly upon delivery (packaging, label, damaged area, overall situation).
This makes the fast and unambiguous proof considerably.
