On this page you will find all information on our payment methods and on redeeming vouchers.
Our payment methods
The following payment methods are available to you in our online shop:
- Payment in advance (bank transfer)
- PayPal
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Apple Pay
- Purchase on invoice via Klarna (pay 30 days after dispatch)
Payment in advance (bank transfer)
When paying in advance, you will receive immediately after your order an email with all the information needed for the bank transfer (amount, payment reference, bank details).
As soon as your payment has been received:
- we order the goods from the manufacturer or release the order (depending on the item)
- and then contact to coordinate the desired delivery / delivery date (in particular for freight-forwarder goods)
Please note: Depending on your bank, the transfer may 1–3 working days take. For your order to be processed without delay, we recommend an instant bank transfer.
PayPal
PayPal is a simple and secure online payment system with which, when paying, you no bank details are transmitted to us. Your payment details are stored exclusively with PayPal.
Your advantages with PayPal:
- Fast: Payments usually reach us immediately – we can process your order faster.
- Simple: Pay with just a few clicks, without re-entering your bank/credit card details.
- Secure: Your sensitive data is not transmitted with every purchase.
- Free of charge: No additional PayPal transaction fees apply in our shop.
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can open one directly with PayPal.
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
With us, you can pay securely by Visa, MasterCard or American Express pay.
Credit card payments are processed exclusively via procedures for secure e-commerce processed (e.g. additional authentication by your bank). The payment is only executed after successful confirmation.
Klarna (purchase on invoice)
We offer you free of charge the option of purchase on account via the payment provider Klarna. A free Klarna account is required for this payment method. Subject to a successful credit check by Klarna, you can choose the option “Pay in 30 days”. In this case, the invoice amount only becomes due 30 days after the goods have been dispatched. This payment method is only available for order values between €100 and €3000 and only for delivery to Germany, Austria and Switzerland
Redeeming vouchers & discount codes
You can enter discount and voucher codes in the shopping cart under "Order overview" in the field "Enter voucher code"to redeem them.
The corresponding amount will then be automatically deducted from the total amount.
Down payment for large orders
For orders above a higher goods value, we offer on request a Part payment/down payment as follows:
- 50% down payment when placing the order
- 50% before dispatch of the goods
