A new idea for the night, with a minimal metal frame and soft cushions for the headboard that echo the typical cushions of a comfortable sofa. A bed with a modern, minimal design: a fine metal frame and two soft cushions forming the headboard. 'The design project focused on creating a bed that offers the comfort of a sofa for reading, watching television and so on. The idea of the back cushions typical of sofas was transferred to the bed, in this case used as a headboard. From a practical point of view too, the bed was to have upholstered parts with removable covers that can easily be taken off for washing without complicated manoeuvres. This is an important characteristic for cleaning purposes and, not least, for changing the look by buying two cushion covers, perhaps in a different colour.' These are the premises of Emaf Progetti's new sleeping concept, connected with the latest trends in multifunctional relaxation. Headboard cushions padded with 100% pure goose down. Removable steel frame, lacquered black or white. Suspension with curved beechwood slats and adjustable firmness. Nyx is also available in the version without headboard cushions.
