MOROSO Gogan

The Gogan collection, designed by Patricia Urquiola for Moroso, interprets comfort and form in a sculptural yet natural language: it takes its name from Japanese stones worn soft and smooth over the years by wind and water – an image reflected in the series' soft, organic contours.

The line comprises modular sofas, individual seats and matching side tables whose volumes seem to balance weightlessly. The low, inviting backrests open up the seating space, while the generous, gently shaped upholstered surfaces emphasise comfort and relaxed sitting.

The construction is based on an internal structure with flame-retardant polyurethane foam elements of varying densities, covered with high-quality upholstery over a wooden frame. The covers are available in many fabric or leather options and in many cases removable, making care and customisation easier. Additional coffee tables in organic shapes extend the ensemble and create a coherent spatial concept.
