MOROSO Beds

In the bedroom, Moroso relies on the same blend of design culture and craftsmanship the brand has stood for since 1952: beds as designed objects that bring together comfort, materiality and clear proportions. The current selection is largely shaped by Patricia Urquiola and includes Highlands, Lowland, Redondo, Sedona and Tender.

Each model tells its own story: Lowland translates the idea of a relaxed, low upholstered landscape into a bed with an upholstered headboard and bed surround.

Highlands works with the theme of movement – including an adjustable headboard – and combines it with upholstered side panels; the covers in this line are removable.

Redondo adds a distinctive signature detail: a quilted pattern that Urquiola understands as a 'thread drawing' – inspired by the upholstered interiors of American cars of the 50s/60s; here too, the covers are removable.

With Sedona, Moroso extends the sleeping area into a small ensemble: the collection consists of a bed, bench and pouf and is inspired by the landscape around Sedona, Arizona (canyons, forests, red rocks).

Tender, finally, carries the language of the sofa family developed in 2014 into the bedroom – as an extension with a technically refined construction approach.

Optional (Diesel Living with Moroso): as part of the collaboration, Moroso also offers further bed designs such as Bed Camp (military-inspired, with an upholstered base and headboard with a distinctive double seam; covers in linen/cotton/leather, among others).
