The Bestlite BL7 wall lamp, designed by Robert Dudley Best in 1930, combines elegant, clean lines with functional refinement. Inspired by the Bauhaus movement, it stands out through its timeless design and a flexible, movable shade construction.

Originally valued in workshops and by the Royal Air Force, the Bestlite found its way into the world of sophisticated design. An article in the Architects Journal made it known as Britain's first Bauhaus design, and when Winston Churchill personally chose the Bestlite BL1 for his desk, its iconic status was sealed.
