More Blow

With BLOW by Bernhard Müller, everything looks placed rather than built — soft, calm and as if floating. The bed puts the mattress centre stage: the solid wood frame with rounded corners appears to float above the floor, behind it stands an upholstered headboard, as wide as a wall. The BLOW bench carries the same idea over to the dining table: a continuous upholstery on slender steel runners, with the backrest standing freely behind it. The result is a collection that dresses sleeping and sitting together in the same relaxed design language.
