B&B Italia Tobi-Ishi Outdoor

Following their success in the home collection, Edward Barber & Jay Osgerby now present the iconic round dining table and the small table with Zen overtones in the Tobi-Ishi Outdoor version for the outdoor area. The two designers are great admirers of Japanese art and culture. The name refers to the inspiration drawn from the smooth stones (tobi-ishi) used as ornaments in traditional Zen gardens. The overhang of the tabletop and the trapezoidal legs, set at right angles to each other, create a sculptural, essential form that changes depending on the point of view. Also unique is the cement finish of the table and the small table in the two colour variants grey and anthracite.
