The CH110 Desk reveals another side of Wegner's talent for furniture design, in the way the table top, rails and two slim drawers are united into one large veneered element resting on two slender legs made of stainless flat steel. The drawers feature delicate, distinctive stainless steel handles and are fitted with dovetail joints. Each drawer is practically compartmentalised, with one featuring a small tray with a rounded base intended for storing small, valuable items. The CH110 Desk was designed by Wegner in 1970 as part of the CH100 Series. It was relaunched in 2008 to mark the 100th anniversary of Carl Hansen & Søn.
The CH110 has a frame made of stainless steel; the table top and drawer body are made of veneer and solid wood. The surface is available in five versions: oak clear lacquered, oiled or white oiled, and walnut clear lacquered or oiled.
