As an evolution of the worldwide bestseller MBRACE, MDEAR carries its legacy forward and extends it with a new dimension of modularity. These are sculptural “outdoor islands” that invite you to dream, linger and nest. Design philosophy: nature as sculpture. Instead of geometric rigour, MDEAR relies on organic forms and appealing lines. Herkner has reinterpreted the iconic MBRACE weave pattern and applied it in two different scales (“Bold Touch”):

• Fascinating contrast: a dense, structured weave for the seat meets an open, transparent pattern on the backrest.

• Fashion look: the generous Pepper Bold Touch weave gives the back a textile character with intriguing see-through effects.

• Material mix: the interplay of the distinctive DEDON fibre and warm teak creates an incomparable feel-good atmosphere. Modularity & use: from city terrace to garden archipelago. Thanks to its exceptional multifunctionality, the five organic basic shapes can either shine as characterful stand-alone pieces or be combined into expansive lounge landscapes.
