The NAMA Collection by 101 Copenhagen (design: Kristian Sofus Hansen & Tommy Hyldahl) translates the idea of traditional Japanese stick chairs into a calm, elegant seating series comprising a dining chair and lounge chair. 'Nama' means 'raw' and 'natural' in Japanese – and that is exactly how the design feels: every curved wooden element has a structural purpose – light, durable and versatile, for private homes as well as contract settings.
