Outwardly a calm object, inside (and therefore invisible) fitted with two extension leaves. The round EEVA extending table grows by 2 × 45 cm without a leaf having to be kept in the cellar: the leaves are stored in the frame.
The galvanised aluminium extension system runs on black powder-coated aluminium fascias. The grain runs crossways so that it continues across the inserted leaves. When extended, the central base splits into two halves, each 30 cm wide, which move apart and help carry the inserted leaves. The circle becomes an oval, the square a rectangle.
