BOTERO Wood – designer dining table with wooden top in various versions
The BOTERO Wood from Cattelan Italia is a homage to sculptural design and the finest craftsmanship "Made in Italy". With its soft, harmonious forms it combines architectural presence with domestic warmth. The generous wooden top rests on an expressive base with a clay-plaster look that shapes the characteristic appearance of the entire Botero collection.
The table top is made of fine solid wood and shows the beauty of Canaletto walnut (NC) or burnt oak (RB) to full effect. Each top displays the unmistakable grain of the wood and is finished by experienced craftsmen. The BOTERO Wood combines artisanal precision with exclusive design – 100 % Made in Italy.
With this model Cattelan Italia shows how natural materials, modern lines and luxurious details can be combined into a perfectly balanced piece of furniture. The Botero Wood looks equally elegant in a purist loft and in a classic dining room.
It is available with three top versions – U, Y and B – which differ in form and edge finish and so allow different expressions of the design:
- BOTERO Wood Y
Rectangular table top with bevel-milled edges, which gives the design a modern, light appearance. This version underlines the natural grain of the wood and is particularly effective in the combination of Canaletto walnut and burnt oak. Available in five sizes (height always 75.5 cm): 180 × 90 cm, 200 × 100 cm, 220 × 110 cm, 240 × 120 cm and 300 × 135 cm. - BOTERO Wood B
Also rectangular, but with a boat-shaped table top made from several diagonally arranged wooden slats. This elaborate herringbone pattern gives an exclusive, artisanal note and lends the top depth and structure. Available in three sizes (height always 75 cm): 200 × 120 cm, 250 × 128 cm and 300 × 128 cm. - BOTERO Wood U
A table top with rounded edges in solid wood, convincing through its soft lines and harmonious proportions. It creates a warm, communicative atmosphere and is ideally suited to open dining areas. Available in two sizes (height always 75.5 cm): 180 × 90 cm and 200 × 100 cm.
