Cattelan Italia BOTERO Ker Wood dining table • 4 versions • round
BOTERO – designer dining table with a round top uniting genuine wood & ceramic
The Botero Ker-Wood Round combines the warmth of fine wood with the refinement of Italian craftsmanship.
Its sculptural base in polymer with a clay-plaster look – available in the shades Cairo (AR05), Oslo (AR09) or Marrakech (AR11) – rests on a matt black lacquered steel base plate (GFM73).
The round table top is made either in Canaletto walnut (NC) or burnt oak (RB) and is fitted with elegant Marmi ceramic inserts, available in numerous marble looks from Alabastro (KM02) to Luxor (KS23).
The BOTERO Ker-Wood Round is available in two versions: as a standard version and as a "T" version.
In the standard version the ceramic insert is fixed in the centre of the table, whereas the "T" version has a rotating ceramic insert (Lazy Susan) that turns elegantly and smoothly – ideal for shared meals and sociable gatherings.
Because of the rotating mechanism, the ceramic insert on the "T" version is somewhat smaller, which makes the surrounding wooden rim wider. This gives the table top a harmonious, two-tone look in which the warm wood grain comes into its own.
Both versions – fixed or rotating – share the same exquisite material quality but differ in function and visual weighting:
- Standard version: larger ceramic insert, elegant material contrast
- T version: rotating ceramic disc, wide wooden rim, functional centrepiece
- Frame: polymer with a clay-plaster look ("Argile"), resting on a lacquered steel base plate; finishes: AR05 – Cairo, AR09 – Oslo, AR11 – Marrakech
- Table top: wood with ceramic insert - rotating / non-rotating
- 2 different sizes: Ø 160 cm or Ø 180 cm
