In the late 1960s, Danish furniture designer Børge Mogensen developed the Deck Chair Series outdoor furniture collection, which also includes the perfectly proportioned BM3670 dining table. The purposeful design was relaunched by Carl Hansen & Søn and helps bring people and nature together in a thoughtful and inspiring way. The table, made from solid, untreated teak, is characterised by a clean silhouette and carefully considered details, including gently rounded ends and rivets placed at exactly equal intervals. The table was originally designed for Mogensen's own balcony and folds flat when not in use. It can also be hung as a decorative, architectural object using the collection's matching wall bracket.
The BM3670 is made exclusively in untreated teak – no other version is available. The fittings are made of stainless steel, and the table is foldable.
