Brutus Slim Dining Chair - minimalist designer chair for indoors or outdoors
The Brutus chair, known internationally as the Brutus Slim Dining Chair, is a modern dining chair inspired by the brutalist architecture of the 20th century. With its minimalist design language it combines clear lines with organic warmth and cuts a strong figure in any setting – from the private dining room to the modern restaurant.
The design comes from Kristian Sofus Hansen & Tommy Hyldahl for 101 Copenhagen and is distinguished by a sculptural appearance and exceptional craftsmanship. The collection comprises both wood and fibre-concrete versions. The Brutus chair can therefore be used as an indoor design classic and – in the concrete versions – as an outdoor chair.
Suitable for indoor & outdoor use
The fibre-concrete version is robust and weather-resistant and is therefore perfectly suited to outdoor use – whether on the terrace, by the pool or under a pergola. Please note: the chair is not frost-proof and should be protected or covered in winter.
The two oak versions (light and dark), by contrast, bring natural warmth into the interior and are ideal for modern dining rooms with Scandinavian or minimalist interiors.
