The ONDA Dining Sofa by Bernhard Müller is neither a bench nor a sofa, but a seating solution for the dining table. This set combines a base element of your choice with the Curve — an upholstered corner element at 90° that carries the bench around a corner. This creates seating landscapes around the dining table or along two walls.
The Curve is only available in combination with a base element. That's why we supply it as a complete set: you choose the length of the base element, the leg length of the corner element, the cover and the orientation — both elements come in the same fabric.
The continuous backrest is always set in 30 cm from the sides and does not align flush with the seat surface. The upholstery is built on a fully ecological basis — sisal webbing, coconut fibres, cold foam with castor oil, and sheep's wool. The feet, made of black powder-coated steel (Ø 16 mm), are height-adjustable by up to 3 cm.
Which combination fits? The corner element extends the long side by 150 cm and forms the short leg. The seating group around the corner will therefore always be longer than it is deep. It looks balanced when the short leg measures about two-thirds of the long one. Our recommendation per base element:

- Base element 150 cm + Curve 150 × 200 cm — outer dimensions approx. 300 × 200 cm, approx. 7 seats

- Base element 200 cm + Curve 150 × 225 cm — outer dimensions approx. 350 × 225 cm, approx. 9 seats
- Base element 225 cm + Curve 150 × 250 cm — outer dimensions approx. 375 × 250 cm, approx. 9 seats
- Base element 250 cm + Curve 150 × 250 cm — outer dimensions approx. 400 × 250 cm, approx. 10 seats

All 32 combinations can be ordered — the recommendation is a suggestion, not a restriction. Anyone wanting to open the corner into a room should choose the shorter leg; anyone wanting to occupy two walls should choose the longer one.
