The Paralel collection, designed by Gabriel Teixidó, is POINT's new outdoor furniture proposal. A teak collection of up to fourteen pieces, including chairs, armchairs, upholstered armchairs and tables of contemporary aesthetics and high comfort, whose backs give the model its characteristic, distinctive touch. Summer evenings in the open air now convey the soothing refinement of POINT outdoor designer furniture with the new Paralel collection, a timeless, richly detailed design intended to communicate with people, convey wellbeing and create unforgettable memories under sun and stars. The name Paralel is inspired by its own structure and silhouette. Paralel emerged from a teak structure with long, parallel arms that embrace the backrest and seat of the furniture in a balanced, elegant way. Its design is conceived to be beautiful from every angle. "Wood is a living element that connects well with people and brings warmth", says Gabriel Teixidó. Wood is combined with rope strands and fabrics, which have allowed the designer to provide the comfort and convenience required for these areas. Gabriel Teixidó defines the Paralel collection as a calm collection that has come to stay. "Paralel is a classic and at the same time a contemporary proposal that is here to stay and to accompany us over a long period. The collection is meant to create a visual and emotional impact that establishes an immediate connection with the user", he says.
