Ethnicraft Roan lounge chair
The Roan lounge chair by Ethnicraft combines a characterful vintage charm with a clear and contemporary design language. Inspired by an original design by Paul Poiret from the 1930s, the design has been reinterpreted and developed further for modern residential and contract areas.
A solid wooden frame encloses the generously upholstered seat surface and gives the chair a compact, stable and balanced appearance. Clear lines and distinctly worked armrests underline the architectural character of the design, while the soft upholstery provides pleasant seating comfort.
Thanks to its compact proportions, the Roan lounge chair can be placed in many ways. It is ideal for living rooms, reading corners and bedrooms as well as for hotels, lounges and other hospitality areas. It is particularly effective when arranged in pairs.
Material
The frame of the Roan lounge chair is made from solid teak and finished with a wild brown stain and a protective lacquer. The seat and back cushions are made of high-density foam with a Flax-coloured fabric cover.
