Ethnicraft Office Box Billy chest of drawers
The Office Box Billy by Ethnicraft combines practical storage space with a clear, timeless and restrained design language. The compact drawer unit was developed specifically for a well-organised workplace and, with its natural oak surface, fits harmoniously into modern home offices and professional office environments.
Billy was designed by Alain van Havre. Three generous drawers offer ample room for documents, office supplies and personal working materials. The drawers are fitted with a soft-close mechanism and therefore close gently and in a controlled manner.
The top drawer can be locked with a key and thus allows important documents or personal items to be stored securely. The integrated castors mean the Office Box can be moved easily and positioned flexibly at the workplace.
With its compact proportions, Billy is ideal for placing under a desk, but can equally be used freestanding in the room as an independent drawer unit. The combination of functional storage and natural solid wood makes the Office Box a versatile addition to a tidy workplace.
Material
The Office Box Billy is made of solid oak. The surface is treated with hard-wax oil, which keeps the natural grain and warm colour of the oak visible. At the same time the finish protects the wood in daily use and preserves its pleasantly natural feel.
