Ethnicraft Office Box Billy chest of drawers
The Office Box Billy by Ethnicraft combines practical storage with a clear, timeless and understated design language. The compact drawer unit was developed specifically for a well-organised workspace and, with its natural oak surface, fits harmoniously into modern home offices and professional office environments.
Billy was designed by Alain van Havre. Three generous drawers offer ample space for documents, office supplies and personal work items. The drawers are fitted with a soft-close mechanism and therefore close gently and in a controlled way.
The top drawer can be locked with a key, allowing important documents or personal belongings to be stored securely. Thanks to the integrated castors, the Office Box can be moved easily and positioned flexibly in the workspace.
With its compact proportions, Billy is ideal for placing under a desk, but can equally be used freestanding in the room as an independent drawer unit. The combination of functional storage and natural solid wood makes the Office Box a versatile addition to a tidy workspace.
Material
The Office Box Billy is made from solid oak. The surface is treated with hard wax oil, which keeps the natural grain and the warm colour of the oak visible. At the same time, the finish protects the wood in everyday use and preserves its pleasantly natural feel.
