The Brutalist side table by Ethnicraft combines a powerful, architectural design language with the natural warmth of solid mahogany. The Brutalist side table was designed by Alain van Havre. Characteristic of the design is the balance between weight and lightness: the solid wooden body appears present and powerful, while the cut-out openings give the piece visual depth and a distinctive architectural dynamic.

The warm Rose Brown colouring highlights the natural grain of the mahogany and gives the piece additional depth. Material
The Brutalist side table is made entirely from solid mahogany. The mahogany used is of the species Swietenia macrophylla from Indonesia. The wood is given a Rose Brown colouring and a protective polyurethane lacquer finish. This treatment emphasises the natural grain and the warm tone of the wood while protecting the surface against everyday wear.
