more SOVA Chaise longue
The chaise longue is the third member of the SOVA collection and closes the gap between the SOVA armchair and the SOVA bed – in the most comfortable way imaginable.
This stylish spot for an afternoon nap is carried by a frame of American walnut, oiled and waxed. It remains visible: the legs splay outwards, the frame narrows in a fine fork towards the foot, and three cross struts at the back hold the cushion in place. Inside, a webbing weave of flax fibres provides support – no metal, no springs.
The cushions are filled with kapok, the plant-based down that also gives the SOVA bed its reclining feel. They yield softly without sagging, and the covers are removable – a piece of furniture that can be refreshed again after years of use.
With a 125 cm seat depth, you lie here fully, not just halfway. Eight fabric collections and four leathers are available to choose from. more does work with customer-supplied fabric, though we do not stock it ourselves; please get in touch with us about this.
