Walter Knoll Osuu

The new Osuu Chair by Walter Knoll is a light wooden chair – minimalist and elegant, yet surprisingly complex. The unique combination of bentwood and moulded plywood gives it its special expressiveness. In its aesthetic and workmanship, the chair unites harmony and delicacy – a poetry all of its own emerges. The outer bow sweeps around the body and flows seamlessly into the front leg. Solid steam-bent round timber forms the front legs, the armrests and the supporting upper backrest. The shell is as finely crafted as only handwork allows.
