Little Albert is design in motion – a sculptural gesture in which line and surface merge into one another. Designed by Ron Arad, the armchair springs from the idea of an endless curve: a circle that opens, deforms and becomes an object with architectural presence. The form appears spontaneous, almost drawn in a single stroke – without interruption, without beginning or end. The result is a seating object that hovers between art and function: soft in its movement, powerful in its structure. Made by rotational moulding from through-dyed, 100% recyclable polyethylene, Little Albert is light- and water-resistant and therefore ideally suited to outdoor use.
Its curved silhouette invites you to linger and brings a touch of irony and lightness to any setting – an emblem of the interplay between form, space and idea.
