The stackable coffee table-stool has a frame in sandblasted stainless steel Aisi 304 and table tops in moulded plywood. The glides are made from polyethylene and provide stability and protection on various surfaces.
Ueno is not only a piece of furniture but an aesthetic statement. The tubular metal profile traces elegant, floating forms, while the rounded corners give soft contours. The designer, Takashi Shinozaki, took his inspiration from the stools of his school days, which lends this project an additional depth.
