The Sequence dining table by Ethnicraft combines a powerful, sculptural design language with the natural warmth of solid mahogany. Inspired by the rhythmic interplay of repetition and variation, the exceptional design brings movement to the dining area while becoming a striking focal point in the room.
The Sequence dining table was designed by Alain van Havre. Characteristic is the exceptional base frame made of solid wood elements. The alternating shapes create a balanced interplay of closed surfaces and open spaces, so the table looks different from every angle and takes on a particularly architectural, sculptural presence.
In deliberate contrast to the expressive base frame stands the smooth, clean-lined table top. Its reduced design brings calm to the composition and allows the distinctive construction of the base to stand out all the more. Shape and function are thereby combined into a balanced overall picture.
With a length of 240 cm, the Sequence dining table offers generous space for up to ten people, making it ideal for large dining areas and sociable gatherings. The dark brown colouring emphasises the natural grain of the mahogany and gives the table a warm, elegant and expressive appearance.
