Attractive from every angle: generous shapes and curves form the basis of the Jack collection. With upholstery woven in Belgium, Jack combines clear, classic lines with a modern touch. Frames and cushions can be ordered individually or together.
This piece was designed by Jacques Deneef. Jacques Deneef designs seating that brings together comfort and clear shape. His designs for Ethnicraft — including N701, Bulky and Jack — favour modular systems that can be freely combined while still appearing calm and cohesive.
On the WOVEN chair, the seat and back are woven from beige cord stretched over the teak frame — light, airy and pleasantly yielding. The chair has armrests and matches the JACK dining table and bar table.
The frame is made of solid teak (Tectona grandis, sourced from Indonesia) and left in its natural state. Solid wood works: grain, tone and structure vary from piece to piece — this is intentional and not a defect.
A seat cushion in the outdoor fabric Silt is available as an option. The chair is designed for outdoor use and withstands the weather permanently.
