DEDON SWINGREST Lounge Chair | 360° rotating
The SWINGREST chair and the SwingUs 2-seater sofa can be attached at either one or two suspension points. This produces either rotating or linear swinging movements. The canopy for the SwingUs 2-seater sofa can only be fitted if the piece has been mounted at a single suspension point.

Although it shares part of its name and most of its construction with DEDON's iconic NESTREST lounge chair, the new SWINGREST by Daniel Pouzet is in a class of its own. The stunning SWINGREST lounge chair is one of the first products to be created at the DEDON Island Resort, our outdoor living laboratory on Siargao in the Philippines. Pouzet is co-architect and designer of DEDON Island and found his inspiration for SWINGREST in the exceptionally high ceilings of the villas on DEDON Island. He took the basket-like lower section from his earlier creation NESTREST. On this basis he created a new element that offers even more space (for even more people) while taking up less room. SWINGREST can be hung on the terrace, on the veranda or inside the house, and is convincing above all through the clarity and simplicity of its concept. Pouzet opted for an uncomplicated product and concentrated on refined design details. For example, he developed the elegant suspension of the SWINGREST, its table top that swivels through 180°, and the special weave that wraps around the exposed tubes. SWINGREST is available in Natural-dyed weave and is optionally fitted with a fabric curtain that provides shade and creates privacy while still allowing an unobstructed view from the inside out.
DEDON fibre is not only extremely weather-resistant and unaffected by cold, heat, sun, rain or snow, it also has exceptional colour and structural stability and is impervious to chlorinated and salt water.
