To match the armchairs and side tables of the Lounge Programme 808, designers Claudia Kleine and Jörg Kürschner of Formstelle have created minimalist bistro tables in two sizes. The 808 product family thus grows, extended by the table 1818 at 75 cm height and its bigger sibling, the 1828, as a high table at 105 cm. These elegant bistro tables form the centrepiece of communication areas and are ideally suited to hospitality and reception settings.
The high table THONET 1828 is the 105 cm high version of the bistro table 1818. Its frame is made of flat steel in a stainless steel finish, available in deep black RAL 9005 for a surcharge. The 28 mm thick table top, in chipboard with real wood veneer or laminate, is available round with a diameter of 80 or 90 cm as well as square at 80 x 80 and 90 x 90 cm. Plastic glides are included; felt glides are available for a surcharge. Rounded corners and a continuous chamfered underside edge are also available for a surcharge. The high table is particularly well suited to hospitality and reception use.
