Signet Leila upholstered bed
The Leila upholstered bed offers not only restful sleep but also a timeless design that lifts your bedroom aesthetic to a new level. With its Upholstery tapering upwards and contour-emphasising Piping, the Leila bed is a real eye-catcher.
The highlight of this bed is that the Cover can always be removed, making cleaning and care easy. The Piping is in a contrasting colour and comes from our exclusive Signet fabric collection, known for its quality and durability.
The headboard of the Leila bed impresses with soft, relaxed workmanship, which even allows for slight waviness to create a cosy atmosphere.
Bed box
Two bed boxes are available, which differ fundamentally. Variant 1 is inserted into the finished bed: it consists of two parts that are joined together during assembly and covered with a hook-and-loop cover. The bed keeps its four regular feet. With a footprint of 96 to 176 × 186 cm at 14.5 cm height, Variant 1 offers the larger storage space but is not available in special lengths.
Variant 2 is part of the construction: four recessed metal feet support the bed and also hold the box frame. Regular bed feet are therefore not needed, the bed frame is permanently upholstered, and the bed gets a floating look. The footprint measures 86 to 166 × 166 cm at 14.5 cm height; Variant 2 is also available for bed frames in 210 and 220 cm length. Both boxes are open at the top and are supplied without a base — on smooth floors, this can be dispensed with. For Variant 2, an insert base made of white-coated hardboard is available on request. Both require a foldable slatted frame.
Accessories
The LED reading light comes as a set of two lights and one power supply: warm white light at 3000 Kelvin, dimmable via a touch switch, on a flexible, black-sheathed gooseneck. The LEDs shine downwards as a reading light and upwards as ambient light. The bed has two USB-C ports on each side — one with 5 V / 1 A for the phone, one with 5 V / 2 A for the tablet. The orientation light is also a set of two: narrow LED strips measuring 23 × 2.1 × 2.1 cm, mounted on the lower edge of the bed side panel. A motion sensor switches them on and off automatically when getting out of bed. 230 volts, 2 watts.
The Vince console is a floating shelf with a pull-out, 30 × 30 cm at 11 cm height. It replaces the bedside table and leaves the floor beneath it free. The carcass is made of oak or walnut, solid or part-solid, according to the Signet colour range. We price it in pairs, for both sides of the bed.
