The functional CH339 dining table, with its elliptical shape and seating for eight, is—like the CH338—a longer version of Wegner's CH337. The CH339 dining table is a solid wood table with soft forms. Thanks to its inviting appearance and the possibility of increasing the number of seats to 16, it is suitable both as a dining table for a large family and as a conference table. The CH339 is part of a series of elliptically shaped tables that, thanks to their extension options, provide additional flexibility even in larger rooms. The CH339 is the longest of the three solid tables in the series, which also includes the CH337 and the CH338. All three tables have angled rails, so the armrests of the chairs follow the edge of the table when pushed under.
The CH339 has a table top in solid wood and a frame in solid wood. It is available in two versions: with an extension for two leaves including one black wooden support leg, or with an extension for four leaves including four black wooden support legs. Both versions are available in nine finishes: soaped, oiled or lacquered beech; soaped, oiled, white-oiled or lacquered oak; and oiled or lacquered walnut. The extension leaves are ordered separately and are available, at an additional cost, in grey MDF, black MDF or solid wood in the same finish. The wood grain of the extension leaves may differ from that of the table top.
