The TALOS collection by DePadova
The name Talos derives from a plant native to Polynesia, characterised by the strong contrast between the size of its leaves and its extremely fine stem. This ambivalence is taken up by the coffee table designed by Keiji Takeuchi: an object shaped by the circular form of base and marble top in two different diameters, joined by a fine, almost indissoluble line. At first glance Talos is convincing in its clear aesthetic; on closer inspection the carefully worked top reveals exceptional attention to detail. Thanks to its pared-back, essential design, Talos fits effortlessly into different living areas – from the bedroom to the living room and on to rest and relaxation zones.
Available in three different heights as well as in a selection of fine marble finishes – Carrara, Calacatta Oro, Valentine Grey, Grey Stone, Emperador Dark, Grigio Carnico as well as Verde Alpi and Rosso Lepanto – Talos combines timeless elegance with craft precision.
- Materials: base and table top in marble (Carrara, Calacatta Oro, Valentine Grey, Grey Stone, Emperador Dark, Grigio Carnico, Rosso Lepanto, Verde Alpi), treated water-repellent or with a matt polyester coating
- Leg: wet-lacquered steel in Anodic Brown
