With the Temno Table, architecture and sculpture merge. Inspired by classical and modern sculpture, a table emerges from sensuous, natural materials – created for interiors where it becomes the powerful centrepiece of the room.
Individual and expressive, Temno impresses with its extraordinary Shape and characteristic presence. A table that radiates power and strength. The vertical column appears to effortlessly carry the solid wood Table top. The lines of force running through the design become immediately tangible.
For the characteristic foot of the Temno Table, a material is used that matches the design idea and our demand for the highest quality: manufactory concrete. Its extremely smooth, velvety-matt surface feels surprisingly soft and warm to the touch and invites contact. The solid wood Table top reinforces this gentle, sensuous impression.
Temno was conceived and developed together with our Ison Bench. Soft lines and clear straight edges combine in a distinctive way. The table is available in various sizes from 200 cm in length. The solid woods of the Walter Knoll collection are available for the Table top.

The name Temno derives from the Greek "temenos" and denotes a special area, separated and protected from the rest of the space. The dining table thus becomes a place of gathering and exchange – dignified and elevated like an altar in a temple.

- Base frame: hollow concrete body as central column; surface: black, bronze and grey
- Each hollow concrete body is a one-of-a-kind piece and varies in structure and colour

Depending on the area of use, the Temno tables are available in two different Versions:
- The basic Version of the table was developed in accordance with the requirements for safety, strength and durability of tables for residential use under DIN EN 12521.
- For use as office furniture/office worktables, additional weights can be added to the hollow concrete body at extra cost to achieve increased stability in accordance with DIN EN 527-2.
