The Calder table by Mobimex is convincing through a calm, balanced formal language and a sculptural presence that unites material and design into a harmonious whole. Table top and legs are organically merged with one another and at the same time independently modelled, creating a construction that gives the piece its unmistakable identity. The gently rounded table edge flows seamlessly into the four elliptically shaped legs and creates the impression that the top is being carried by them.
