MORTON is more than a chair – it is a statement. The successful combination of an elegant upholstered chair and an armchair makes it an eye-catcher at the dining table as well as in the conference room. The precisely drawn, two-part back upholstery gently encloses the body, while the subtly sprung backrest follows every movement agreeably. In the seat, Wittmann's characteristic pocket spring core provides incomparable comfort. Materials and covers can be chosen flexibly and emphasise the individual character. Designer Sebastian Herkner focuses on fine details such as the distinctive crossed stretcher in the chair base, and combines leather and fabric in accomplished craftsmanship – made possible by the expertise of the Wittmann furniture workshops. Colour deviations in fabrics, leathers, wood and stone (particularly natural stone/marble) as well as glass compared with the Wittmann sample collection — especially on subsequent deliveries — do not entitle you to make a complaint. These marks, like colour deviations, are not defects in quality but rather signs of the natural state of the hides. In use, leather continues to "live", so that creases form and the surface texture changes. These changes are intended and are therefore in no case grounds for complaint.
