Please note: creases are due to the design, the workmanship or the material and are not grounds for complaint. Colour deviations in fabrics, leathers, wood and stone (in particular natural stone/marble) as well as glass compared with the Wittmann sample collection – especially on repeat deliveries – do not justify a complaint. Genuine leather is a pure natural product. The animals’ hides may show certain features such as healed scratches from hedges, insect bites and similar. These features, like colour deviations, are not a reduction in quality but rather a sign of the natural state of the hides. In use, leather continues to „live“, so that creases form and the surface structure changes. These changes are intended and are therefore in no case grounds for complaint.
