Architecturally clear in shape and at the same time offering the seating comfort of a high-quality upholstered piece of furniture, the bench invites you to linger and come together – in private and public spaces alike. Depending on space requirements and table size, it is available in various lengths and can be used flexibly.
Looking for new solutions for sitting together at the table, the Austrian design team EOOS drew inspiration from the centuries-old tradition of the corner bench. As a central meeting point in the home, it creates space for conversation, shared meals and the special rituals of being together.

- Note: for the bench, the seat overhang on the right and left must be specified. This indicates the distance between the end of the backrest and the end of the seat, i.e. how far the seat surface extends beyond the end of the backrest.

Note: leather hides are selected by specialists according to strict guidelines and high quality standards. Leather naturally has both soft and firm sections of hide, which may also be used adjacent to one another. It stretches through body heat and moisture during use, which to some extent creates waves and creases (so-called seating hollows). Favourite seating spots show this particularly clearly. This adjustment process is largely complete after a few weeks; further stretching is minimal and inconspicuous. Depending on the tanning method, dyeing and surface treatment, leather initially has a characteristic smell typical of the material, which noticeably fades over the course of a few weeks; airing the piece can speed this up. Walter Knoll uses several leather hides (between five and seven) for one upholstered set. No hide is identical to another. Insect bites, small injuries from fences or marks from tussles leave small scars on the cowhide that you may rediscover in the leather. Fattening creases are a sign of the animal's health and good nutrition. These material-typical characteristics do not affect the quality of the leather furniture. Differences in sheen, colour and texture within a single hide and between the cut pieces of a cover are likewise characteristic and typical of leather furniture.
