Elegant, flexible and versatile: the B 97 table set recalls the dimensions of Marcel Breuer's B 9 nesting tables. Its modified construction, however, offers a practical advantage. The opening on one side allows the tables to be pulled over the edge of a sofa, armchair or bed. Otherwise, they can be pushed closely together to save space. A Thonet design from 1933, counted among the classics of tubular steel furniture.
The B 97 is open on one side, allowing it to be pulled over the edge of a sofa, armchair or bed. Two sizes are available: 46 x 49 x 52 cm (B 97 a) and 53 x 49 x 57 cm (B 97 b); nested together, they take up little space. The frame is made of chrome-plated tubular steel, the 20 mm thick top of MDF, glass or three-layer solid wood, in beech or glass as standard. For an additional charge, the frame is available powder-coated and the top in ash, oiled oak or oiled walnut, as well as with an opaque lacquer finish. The tables come without glides as standard; plastic or felt glides and the ThonetClip® cable clip are available for an additional charge.
