The TRAVERSE collection by Royal Botania combines considered functionality with a clear, elegant design language. Designed by Mathias De Ferm, the table is inspired by the traditional English gateleg or drop-leaf table and transfers this principle into a modern outdoor design. TRAVERSE adapts to the moment: for intimate gatherings the table can be opened only partially, while fully extended it seats more guests.
A gentle sliding support system ensures comfortable handling, while the slim storage profile makes the collection particularly practical for compact outdoor areas. In its choice of materials, too, TRAVERSE shows the standards typical of Royal Botania: the frame is executed in Anthracite aluminium, the table top in teak. The collection is available in two versions – as a round folding table with Ø 130 cm and as a rectangular folding table measuring 150 × 85 cm. The result is an outdoor table that harmoniously unites flexibility, refinement and striking aesthetics – ideal for anyone who wants to style their outdoor area while also valuing practical adaptability.
The support struts glide smoothly and, when folded, are discreetly concealed in the central part of the frame. Folding down both sides of the Traverse table reveals a further advantage: folded, it is remarkably slim and therefore easy to store.
