Strandkorb Sailor - unique and pure beach chair pleasure!

Impressive uniqueness with the Sailor. The Sailor was our first beach chair model with a see-through design. It also sets itself apart from many other beach chair models with its unique woven circular pattern and greatly enhances your own four walls. This beach chair, too, is adjustable in several ways and invites you to linger. An invisible wind protection is built into the weave of all Sailor models. The wood is high-quality teak with a rustic look. The cushion set, including the foot cushions, is completely removable, has zips and is washable (according to the label), and includes two height-adjustable, comfortable neck cushions and cuddle cushions for relaxing. The footrests are extra long, height-adjustable and telescopic. A swivelling cocktail table is also part of the scope of delivery. We additionally recommend fitting the castors, which make your Sailor even more comfortable and mobile, as you can move the beach chair to your favourite spot at any time.

If you decide on this beach chair, all you have to do at home is unpack it. It is delivered to you assembled on a pallet.

Sailor beach chairs are woven through both OUTSIDE and INSIDE and therefore offer a special beach chair experience. The cushion sets can be removed completely. Better safe than sorry: this beach chair has undergone a safety test by TÜV Rheinland to DIN EN 581-1.

Environmentally conscious: only Indonesian timber from legal cultivation has been used, which therefore meets the requirements of the EU Timber Regulation. Protecting the environment can be this simple.

Oeko-Tex® stands for independent testing for harmful substances in textile products of all kinds that are safe for health. All fabrics used for our cushion pads and cushion sets have been tested in an independent harmful-substance test to the Oeko-Tex® Standard.

Teak: wood is a natural product, very easy to work with and, thanks to its natural oils, weather-resistant and durable. New wooden products have a moisture content of 12% ± 2%, which is why the drying out of the wood (during the summer months and indoors) can lead to irregularities such as drying cracks, unevenness, warping or slight distortion. These irregularities have no influence on the structural stability or the durability of the products and are therefore not grounds for complaint. Colour differences result from the partly differing origins of the woods and even out more and more over time. Over time the teak develops a silver-grey patina — this is a natural process and likewise not grounds for complaint.
