Poltrona Frau FRED desk
The Fred desk by Poltrona Frau unites elegance and functionality in perfect harmony. Its structure is made from solid ash in wengé or mocha with a profile of triangular cross-section that emphasises its lightness while providing stability. These high-quality materials and finishes are also found in the desk drawer, which is mounted on metal runners and has a soft-close mechanism.
The top of the Fred desk is a true masterpiece in Cuoio Saddle Extra leather. The leather is made from a single 4 cm thick piece without divisions or seams, providing a flawless surface of the highest quality. The edge, with a separating cut, is carefully dyed and finished with protective wax to ensure durability.
The metal accessories of the Fred desk are given a galvanised finish in matt grey and additionally a protective coating that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also ensures a long service life.
