As a newcomer at Glatz, the Alu-Smart, one of the smallest models in the parasol range, has a lot to offer. This parasol is exactly one thing for tight spaces: extremely smart. Its canopy can be opened and closed effortlessly using a slider. The Alu-Smart adapts to any architectural style while adding a modern flair with its elegant fabric edge. It also combines perfectly with Glatz's large parasols. The fabric cover is replaceable and self-tensioning thanks to flexible rib ends.
Material and mechanism
The frame is made of natural anodised aluminium with a profiled pole and stepless height adjustment with a tilt joint. The parasol cover is replaceable and self-tensioning thanks to the flexible rib ends.
Operation
Simply push the canopy upward until the mechanism clicks into place - the parasol is then open. Use the tilt joint to angle the canopy. The Alu-Smart can also be adjusted in height, with stepless height adjustment from 40 to 60 cm.
Winter storage
Store in the protective cover in a dry, wind-protected place.
