Gervasoni R 513 armchair
The R 513 armchair is an original design by Vico Magistretti from the 1980s, which Gervasoni is reissuing together with the Vico Magistretti Foundation. It is made from natural, untreated Manau rattan: a series of vertical rods is held together by a continuous line that forms the backrest and armrests in a single sweep.
The alternation of open and closed surfaces makes the armchair light and at the same time clearly defined. The loose seat cushion has a removable cover with piping – either in grosgrain ribbon in twelve colours or in the cover fabric – and can be upholstered in the fabrics of the Gervasoni collection.
