Gervasoni Plumeau Bed

The Plumeau bed is surrounded by an enveloping upholstered frame and reveals its essence in soft, curved shapes reminiscent of the world of textiles. Behind it lies the wish to reinterpret nighttime wellbeing in a contemporary way through a narrative inspired by the aesthetics of Asian nomadic peoples. The upholstered, removable top indeed recalls the cloaks and tents of the people inhabiting the grasslands of Mongolia, a distant landscape that evokes dreamy, sleepy atmospheres.

Dismountable upholstered bed, headboard made of Polyurethane with a bent plywood Frame. Removable covers in quilted Fabric. Bed surround and wooden feet Upholstered in Fabric. Adjustable slatted base supports, insert depth 5–10 cm (except with Rete BA).

  • Suitable for the Piano Armonico bed base and the Rete MN and Rete BA slatted bases – selectable as an option; Mattress not included.
  • Cover available in all Gervasoni fabrics of categories B to E, except 3D and Winds.
  • The headboard insert can be ordered in a different fabric – please specify in the order comments; for fabrics from different categories, the price of the higher category applies.
  • Dimensions (W x L x H):

As suspected, Dedon's quality is exceptionally good, so I was actually able to buy the sofa without trying it out or seeing it first. The delivery also went smoothly and without any problems.
