The Nomad Kilim rug by Ethnicraft combines traditional craftsmanship with a natural, warm and timeless design language. Its restrained Sand colour and lively textile structure create a calm foundation for modern, minimalist and naturally furnished living areas.
The Nomad Kilim rug is created in collaboration with Ashtari Carpets and is woven by hand using traditional methods. Carefully selected yarns provide a characterful surface with a natural texture and make the rug a high-quality, hand-crafted home accessory.
As the rug is made on a traditional loom rather than machine-controlled, slight differences in dimensions, colour and structure may occur. The hand-dyed yarn can also show individual nuances. These variations are a deliberate part of the character of the Nomad Kilim rug and make each piece unique.
The warm sand colour can be combined particularly versatilely with wood, natural stone, linen and other natural materials. With its dimensions of 170 x 240 cm, the rug is ideal for living areas, dining rooms, bedrooms or as a textile foundation beneath a sofa arrangement.

The Nomad Kilim rug is made of 100 % locally sourced, hand-spun sheep's wool. The yarn is worked by hand and then woven traditionally. Wool is distinguished by its natural warmth, resilience and durability. The natural oil content of the wool fibres additionally supports the robust and characterful surface of the rug.
