The RAFFLES collection by DePadova
You sit pleasantly low and exceptionally comfortably – made possible by the relaxed shaping and the timeless, universal elegance. The Raffles armchair, designed by Vico Magistretti, invites you to lean back and relax, particularly in combination with the matching footstool. Even the finest details are harmoniously matched to the overall picture: turned wooden feet with discreet castors and a cushion with a goose-down filling underline the high standard of comfort, craftsmanship and design.
- Materials: frame in wood with elastic webbing
- Feet: at the front, beech feet aniline-dyed and stained walnut, finished with clear lacquer, with castors (except model RA/P3). Rear and centre feet in solid beech, aniline-dyed and stained walnut, finished with clear lacquer, with an adjustable thermoplastic glide.
- Upholstery: polyurethane foam of varying densities and polyester wadding, with a cover of polyester velvet and cotton fabric. In FR (fire resistant) versions the materials comply with the applicable regulations.
- Seat cushion – goose down: goose down with a cover of cotton fabric
- Seat cushion – memory foam: memory foam, polyurethane foam and polyester wadding with a cotton fabric cover (UK version: parts in polyurethane foam)
- Lumbar cushion: polyester wadding with a cover of polyester velvet
- Seat height: 45 cm
- Cover: technically removable fabric cover or fixed velvet cover
