Peter's Table by Hans J. Wegner is a brilliant toy and piece of furniture in one, designed as a companion to Peter's Chair. The table was a gift to his friend and fellow furniture designer Børge Mogensen on the occasion of his son's christening. The individual components of the table, made from untreated beech, have no sharp edges and feel pleasant to the touch. The table is very easy to assemble without tools and works as an inviting, three-dimensional puzzle for children and adults alike. Since production began, Peter's Chair and Peter's Table have always been cherished classics.
The CH411 is made from solid beech and remains untreated. There is no choice of wood, surface or colour for this model. The table is delivered disassembled and is put together without tools. The matching chair is offered by Carl Hansen & Søn under model number CH410.
